ARIZONA – May 6, 2011 – The Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers conducted a survey of the appraisers in Arizona to determine "Customary and Reasonable" fees and followed up with a survey of those appraisal management companies that should receive Gold Stars and those that should be put on the "Bad and Ugly" list.
